Learn N Earn program presents the cadet with the opportunity to obtain an FAA- ATPL with 2000+ hours of flight experience. Unlike the conventional CPL program offered by US flight schools wherein the candidate is compelled to return to India after completion of the training. In Learn N Earn Program allows the cadet to stay in the USA for up to 3 years beyond the completion of CPL.
During this time the cadet works as an instructor- build hours and collect a salary. A dedicated cadet can accumulate enough hours for ATPL and also bears his/her living expenses.
